Crafted with hand-harvested cabernet grown on 35-degree slopes with an eastern exposure. Daily pump-overs and extended maceration give extraordinary depth to the flavor, mouthfeel, and structure. Aging in 75% new French oak imparts plush texture and complex secondary notes to the vibrant, dark-fruit flavors.
